How do I register for an account on your website?
Visit https://tickets.holistix.io and click the Log In button. Then click Sign Up and follow the on-screen steps to create your account.
I’ve forgotten my password — how do I reset it?
No problem. Just head to https://tickets.holistix.io/forgot-password and follow the instructions to receive a password reset link via email.
Understanding Ticket Costs
We believe in clear, upfront pricing. You’ll always see a full breakdown of ticket costs before you confirm your booking.
Ticket Price
This is the base price of the ticket, set by the event organiser (usually the artist, promoter, or venue). It covers the cost of running the event and making sure everyone — from performers to crew — is paid fairly. Most of this amount goes directly to the event organiser.
Even as the cost of putting on live events continues to rise, many organisers work hard to keep prices as accessible as possible.
Fees
Fees help keep HolisTix running smoothly and securely. They’re agreed with event organisers and support everything from ticket delivery to customer support. Here’s a breakdown:
Service Fee – Helps cover customer service, website and payment security, staffing, and box office operations.
Order Processing Fee – A one-off charge per order that supports ticket delivery, payment handling, and platform maintenance.
Venue Facility Fee – Sometimes called a “venue levy”, this is set by the venue and goes toward maintenance and improvements. We don’t keep this fee — it goes directly to the venue.
I completed my booking but haven’t received my ticket email. What should I do?
Start by checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders — sometimes tickets end up there. If it's still missing, log into your account at tickets.holistix.io and click on My Tickets to view your bookings.
If your tickets don’t appear there or you’re still having trouble, email us at support@holistix.io and we’ll help you out.
I can’t attend the event anymore. Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept a range of secure payment options to make checkout quick and easy:
Debit and Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Apple Pay and Google Pay — for fast, one-tap payment on supported devices
Pay with Link — Stripe’s secure one-click checkout option for returning customers
All payments are processed via Stripe, our trusted payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
What is “Pay with Link”?
If you’ve used Stripe on another site and saved your details, Link by Stripe lets you check out instantly using your email address and a verification code. It’s fast, secure, and avoids needing to re-enter your card details.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Depending on the event, tickets may or may not be transferrable. Some organisers allow you to give your ticket to someone else, while others do not. Check the event page for specific guidance or email us at support@holistix.io if you're unsure.
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone — no need to print it unless the event page says otherwise. Just make sure your screen is bright and the QR code is visible.
What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we’ll notify you by email and outline your options. In most cases, you’ll be able to get a refund or exchange your ticket for a new date. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you offer accessible tickets?
We want everyone to enjoy live events. If you require accessible seating or have specific needs, please check the event page for details or contact us at support@holistix.io before booking.
Can I contact the venue directly about my ticket?
If you bought your ticket with us, then all ticketing queries should go through HolisTix. The venue may not have access to your booking details, so please reach out to us directly if you need help.
Are there age restrictions for events?
Some events may have age restrictions or recommended age guidance. These will be listed on the event page. If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch before booking.
Why are there limits on how many tickets I can buy?
To ensure fair access for all fans, some events limit the number of tickets each person can purchase. If you exceed the limit, your order may be cancelled.
